1. Whale Watching from Hillary’s Boat Harbour

2. Lightscape Perth

Lightscape Perth transforms Kings Park into a flowing night walk, featuring immersive light installations along a scenic trail. This annual event combines light, colour, and sound for a magical multi-sensory experience.

Accessibility features:

  • Wide, well-maintained, step-free pathways support easy navigation.
  • Visitors using mobility aids can access most areas, with detours available where needed.
  • Flashing lights are used, but there is no strobe lighting.
  • Some areas may include artificial mist or fog, visitors with sensory sensitivity or respiratory conditions may wish to plan ahead.
  • Staff are positioned along the trail to provide assistance if needed.
  • ACROD parking is available for permit holders.
