Rob Wilton

Chief Executive Officer

Rob has expertise in governance, human resources, workplace safety and health, project management and finance. His experience includes executive positions in the commercial sector, Government and not for profits and a range of operational roles in the military.

He has held positions as CEO of the Westcare Group, Director at Parkerville Children and Youth Care and Chief Operations Officer at St Bart’s.

Rob is a passionate advocate for people living with disability, youth at risk, veterans and those experiencing homelessness, and is currently a Director at Swan Care. He is known for successfully bringing his unique combination of empathetic leadership, commercial acumen and corporate expertise into the profit for purpose sector.

Wendy Palmer

Executive Manager Quality and Safeguarding

Wendy has extensive experience across the health, disability and community services sectors mostly in the non-government arena. Initially an allied health clinician, Wendy has held senior and executive role with responsibility for operational delivery, business development and quality.

With qualifications in speech pathology, health services management and quality auditing, Wendy previously provided executive consultancy services to providers in aged care, disability, community health and welfare services.

Tim Lo

Executive Manager Client Services

Tim joins Mosaic with over 20 years of operational and senior management experience across acute, rehabilitation, residential aged care and disability care sectors. He has worked in WA and also in Singapore

With additional qualifications in healthcare management, project management, and training and assessment, Tim’s experience also includes strategic planning and change management within the Not for Profit (NFP) sector.

Tim also continues to be a registered occupational therapist.

Lana Snook

Executive Manager People and Culture

Lana has over 25 years of experience in people management, with a passion for diversity and inclusion. She has also held a range of voluntary roles as Board Director for various not-for-profit organisations. Lana’s qualifications include Master of Human Resource Management, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow and Certified Practitioner of the Australian Institute of Human Resources and Certified Agile Leadership.

Ashley Joel

Executive Manager Corporate Services

Ashley is a seasoned CPA accountant with over six years of experience in the not-for-profit community services sector. Her comprehensive understanding of compliance and reporting is complemented by a genuine insight into the intricacies of the disability services sector, particularly the NDIS. Ashley's strategic acumen and commitment to innovation set her apart, as she continually seeks avenues for improvement.

Ashley combines financial expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in the ever-evolving landscape of the disability services sector.

Louella Hayes

Executive Manager Marketing and Partnerships

Louella is a fundraising specialist with over 10 years experience developing and transforming fundraising practices at well-known Australian for-purpose organisations, including The Art Gallery of WA, Perth Festival, Sculpture by the Sea, and Scouts WA.

Her special interest is creating tailored campaigns that allow non-profit organisations to grow philanthropic and corporate support.

Louella has a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University, specialising in business strategy and governance.

Zak Brearley

Manager Capacity Building Services

Zak plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of Behaviour Support, Therapy, and Support Coordination Services at Mosaic.

With over a decade of experience in the sector, Zak's journey began as a support worker and evolved into diverse management roles.

As well as managing the Capacity Building Services team, Zak is Mosaic’s Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner. His areas of specialty and expertise span diverse fields, including Justice support, rural support, relationships/intimacy, complex behaviour support, and Restrictive Practices. He possesses a keen understanding and interest in the latter, displaying a deep commitment to empowering and supporting those with whom he works.
