Secure the right home, housemates, and round-the-clock support with Mosaic

At Mosaic, we help you secure the home, housemates, and 24/7 support that suit your needs and lifestyle.

We’ll work with you to find a home in a location that fits your daily routine, with housemates you’ll feel comfortable with and support that helps you live independently.

If our current NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes aren’t the right fit, we’ll help you explore other options and create a tailored solution that works for you.

We have a wide range of supported homes across Perth. Scroll down to see our latest vacancies.

Finding the right fit

We start by getting to know you. What you enjoy, how you like to live, and the kind of people you’d like to share a home with. This helps us match you with housemates who suit your personality and lifestyle.

We’ll then show you homes that meet your needs and introduce you to the Home and Community Leaders who manage them. They’ll answer your questions about the home, housemates, shared activities, and the local area.

If you’re keen to move forward, we’ll arrange a visit so you can meet the housemates, often over afternoon tea or a meal. You stay in control throughout the process and make decisions at your own pace.

To live in one of our Supported Independent Living homes, you’ll need NDIS funding (or similar) that covers 24/7 support.

Our homes are named after West Australian plants and animals, creating a strong connection to the land and the communities we serve.
