Linh Nguyen
Specialist Support Coordinator and Team LeaderWith an impressive educational background, Linh holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Health Leadership. Her journey in the disability sector has been marked by diverse roles, culminating in her expertise in both level 2 and 3 Support Coordination, as well as Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
Linh's passion lies in psychosocial disability and home and living support, where she makes a significant impact on the lives of NDIS participants and their families. She excels in guiding individuals through transitions, particularly into SDA housings, and her adept communication skills foster strong relationships with health, education, and justice departments.
Outside of her professional commitments, Linh nurtures her creativity and wellness. She finds harmony in playing music, a beautiful outlet for self-expression. The pursuit of a healthy lifestyle takes her to the gym, where she values physical well-being. As an adventurous spirit, Linh embraces the wonders of travel and the joy of exploring diverse cuisines, earning her the delightful title of a "big foodie."
Linh's unwavering dedication to providing exceptional support and her zest for life's pleasures make her a valuable asset to the Mosaic team.

Sophie Hope
Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery CoachSophie is passionate about helping people to thrive and feel empowered so their quality of life is enhanced. Her experience spans working as a Support Worker in the disability sector as well as working in the childcare sector in Room Leader and Senior Educator roles. She has a wealth of experience working with teenagers and young adults, encouraging their wellbeing.
In addition to working in our Support Coordination team, Sophie is also our Learn2Adult coach, providing tailored coaching sessions to teenagers and young adults to provide a less stressful and more effective transition to developing an adult-adult relationship within their family.
Sophie has a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently completing her Certificate IV in Community Services. When she's not working, Sophie enjoys playing netball and spending time with friends and family.
Lace Watson
Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery CoachLace brings over 10 years of experience in the mental health medical industry to her role as a Support Coordinator. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she offers a strong foundation of cross-sector knowledge, compassion and insight to individuals navigating the NDIS.
With a deep appreciation for each person’s unique strengths and challenges, Lace is committed to helping people access the supports they need to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. Her approach is grounded in empathy, empowerment and a genuine belief in every person’s potential.

Outside of work, Lace enjoys spending time at the beach, getting lost in a good book, and being with her friends and family.
Kaitlin Miller
Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery CoachKaitlin brings strong professional experience to her role as a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach. She began her career in the disability sector as a Support Worker, where she learned the importance of providing person-centred care and reliable support. Her hands‑on experience, along with her Certificate III in Individual Support, gives her a solid understanding of different support needs and how to build strong, trusting relationships with people.
Kaitlin also draws on her ongoing psychology studies. These studies have strengthened her understanding of behaviour, mental health, trauma-informed practice, and overall wellbeing. This combination of practical experience and education helps Kaitlin support each person with care, respect, and a genuine focus on their goals, strengths, and challenges.
