Client survey volunteers (x5) EOI
Weekdays 4-8 Oct and/or 11-15 Oct
3 hours in the morning or afternoon on any day
For nearly 30 years Mosaic Community Care have worked in partnership with adults with a disability to create residential, community and lifestyle support services from Fremantle, Cockburn to Kwinana and inland from Canning, Gosnells to Armadale.
We are looking five (5) volunteers to support us with phone based surveys contacting our Community Clients.
We would be looking for you to come to our Jandakot Office, 2 Sabre Crescent for a period of 3 hours ( or more if you are able) during the week .
The survey period weeks would be from Monday 4 October – Friday 8 October and the following week Monday 11 October – Friday 15 October
There is free parking on site and refreshments will be provided.
You will call our community clients to run through the survey capturing their feedback on a laptop or iPad, on several questions about things within Mosaic that affect them.
We welcome volunteers, who have professional interest and / or personal experience with people with a disability.
Your contribution will enhance your experience in communicating effectively and connecting with clients with a disability and by being a volunteer in this survey you will help clients be heard and voice their views.
Requirements
- National Police Certificate (not older than 6 months) will be required – if you do not have one, we can conduct a volunteer clearance at no cost to you.
