London, 4 December 2025: Mosaic Community Care is proud to announce that Executive Officer – Corporate Services Ashley Joel has been named ‘The Most Outstanding Executive Manager in a Not-for-Profit Community in the World’ at the Global Healthcare, Housing and Enablement Awards 2025.
The awards were presented at a gala dinner in London. This global recognition celebrates Ashley’s leadership and commitment to improving the lives of people with disability through innovative, sustainable, and care-focused service delivery.
The Global Awards honour individuals and organisations that set new standards in sectors, such as seniors housing, healthcare technology, disability housing and care services, and medical tourism. Winners are chosen for their ability to deliver elevated performance, create new business models, embrace emerging trends, and inspire positive change.
Since joining Mosaic, Ashley has played a vital role in strengthening the organisation’s financial sustainability while driving programs that empower people with disability. Her work has supported Mosaic’s mission to provide housing, community support, and opportunities that promote each individual’s independence and dignity.
Accepting the award, Ashley said, “I am very privileged to lead the Corporate Services team at Mosaic comprised of highly competent and values-aligned group of individuals, who understand that data driven decisions, risk management, value proposition, and our people are essential for Mosaic to remain informed, competitive, and sustainable for our clients. It is because of the work of this team that I am standing here tonight.”
Mosaic Community Care CEO Rob Wilton congratulated Ashley on her global recognition. “Ashley’s leadership has been nothing short of transformative. She has shown that financial stewardship and social impact can go hand in hand. This award is a testament to her vision and dedication, and we are proud to see her recognised on the world stage,” he said.
Earlier this year, in July 2025, Ashley was also named ‘Most Outstanding Executive Manager in a Not‑for‑Profit Community’ at the 2025 Enablement Awards in Melbourne. This accolade celebrated her leadership in the disability sector, highlighting her commitment to enhancing service standards across Australia.
At the national awards, judges recognised Ashley’s emphasis on inclusive, person‑centred care and innovation in service delivery. They highlighted her strategic approach, data‑driven decision‑making, and collaborative planning. Ashley’s recognition on the global stage follows her earlier success and underlines her sustained impact.
Ashley concludes, “Every achievement reminds us why we do what we do: to make life better for the people we support. Together, we will continue to innovate and lead with purpose.”
