We are seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Manager. This role is pivotal in fostering strong connections with clients and ensuring top-notch service and support throughout their journey.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a high level of commitment to individualised, person centred service delivery.
  • detailed working knowledge and application of contemporary practice when supporting people with disability, including human rights-based approaches.
  • strong experience working in a senior leadership role within the disability service sector.
  • cultural safety and awareness, respect and commitment to inclusivity.
  • demonstrated experience in leading and driving high performance teams across multiple service offerings in a dispersed geographical area.
  • robust budgeting and financial management experience and high-level report writing.
  • strong interpersonal and advocacy skills with the ability to liaise and nurture relationships with colleagues, staff, clients, their families and guardians and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Agility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
