Mosaic is delighted to announce the introduction of a free, individualised Learn2Adult coaching service for teenagers and young adults living with disability.
Last year we launched Learn2Adult, a new tool for teenagers and young adults living with disability. Supported by Telethon, Learn2Adult prepares young people to take control of their lives and become confident adult decision-makers as well as assisting families with that transition.
The Learn2Adult coaching service will enable you to effectively use the Learn2Adult decision-making roadmap tool as you work towards a smoother, less stressful and more effective transition to developing an adult-adult relationship within the family. All Learn2Adult coaching sessions are 1:1, tailored to your unique needs, and completely confidential.
