Mosaic opens two new supported accommodation homes

Mosaic Community Care continues to grow with the opening of two new supported accommodation homes in Joondalup and Thornlie.

The Joondalup home officially opened earlier this year in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac close to parks and shops. Much care has gone into creating a home that is filled with light and has ample room to move with two large living areas and beautiful gardens.

The residence supports up to four clients and like all Mosaic residences, has 24/7 care for persons with disability. It has been newly decorated and has a large kitchen with a large enclosed entertainment area off the open plan living space.

The second home in Thornlie can also accommodate up to four clients.

It is close to Thornlie shopping centre, public library, health services and local parks.

The newly decorated home features two spacious living rooms, activity room, two bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area and a beautiful outdoor space. There is a vehicle available for necessary daily living and the home is also linked into public transport routes.
The Thornlie home is suitable for male residents aged between 30-60 years of age.

All Mosaic homes are staffed by dedicated, trained support workers and managers on a 24/7 basis. Both homes currently have opportunities for persons with disability seeking independence in a shared environment.
