So we can tell our story and create brand awareness, drive growth and better engage our staff. And so together we can take Mosaic on the next step of its exciting journey.Key Responsibilities Maintaining the day-to-day running of Mosaic’s digital platforms. This includes creating, sourcing and managing digital content.Developing and implementing a social media calendar and co-ordinating the social media publishing schedules.Updating and maintaining Mosaic's website content to share news and reflect organisational changes.Developing and implementing an internal communications plan to help us better engage a diverse workforce that spans over 23 metro locations.Writing articles for internal and external newsletters, online and hard copy.Responding to social media enquiries and comments in a timely, friendly, informative and accessible manner. Organising special events as required.Creating professional communication materials such as posters, brochures, newsletters, email templates.What do you need?Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.Experience working for a non for profit is desirable but not essential.Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.Experience using software such as In Design is a must have.Initiative, motivation and a positive, can-do attitude.Rock solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and deliver on tight deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.A love of teamwork and demonstrated experience in collaborationFull Australian working rights and current national police clearance.How to applyClick "APPLY" and have ready a copy of your resume and a covering letter outlining your suitability for the role.
