About Mosaic

Mosaic is a highly recognised provider of disability services including Supported Accommodation and Community Access Support within the wider Perth metropolitan area.

Mosaic offers a variety of shifts within the South Metropolitan area and so requires successful candidates to have a wide range of availability and a willingness to travel to various locations.

The successful candidate will consistently assist our clients to be independent; provide person-centred support to our clients so that they can achieve their dreams and aspirations; uphold the National Disability Standards; Support the Human Rights of our clients and; Work as part of a high performing team.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within the Disability / Aged Care industry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
  • National Police Clearance, no older than 3 months
  • Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Full working rights in Australia

Desirable Criteria

  • Cert III or IV in Disability
  • Cert IV Mental Health
  • Cert III or IV in Community Services
  • Manual Handling Certificate from a Registered Training Organisation
