Pippa Cebis

CEO

Pippa commenced working with Mosaic in 2017 in an Executive Management role, and was appointed as CEO in March 2019 following a period of serving in an acting capacity. An accomplished senior professional with 20 years’ experience in both not for profit and private community service organisations, Pippa’s career has led her to successfully fulfilling senior management positions in variously the disability, aged care, and mental health sectors. Holding an MBA (Advanced) and undergraduate degree (Hons) from UWA as well as 2 post graduate diplomas, Pippa is well equipped to lead a thriving organisation though an exciting period of internal growth and the external disruption that has accompanied the introduction of the NDIS.

Pippa is an innovative leader with a motivational management style and reputation for building highly motivated teams. With her focus on creating and leading transformational change in not-for-profit and private community service organisations, large and small, she brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Mosaic team.

Navigating the complexity of working collaboratively with government, corporate, not-for-profit and research sectors, Pippa has achieves tangible outcomes for clients and organisations, and repeatedly proves that win-win outcomes are attainable.

Wendy Palmer

Executive Manager Quality and Safeguarding

Wendy has extensive experience across the health, disability and community services sectors mostly in the non-government arena. Initially an allied health clinician, Wendy has held senior and executive role with responsibility for operational delivery, business development and quality.

With qualifications in speech pathology, health services management and quality auditing, Wendy previously provided executive consultancy services to providers in aged care, disability, community health and welfare services.

Tim Lo

Executive Manager Client Services

Tim joins Mosaic with over 20 years of operational and senior management experience across acute, rehabilitation, residential aged care and disability care sectors. He has worked in WA and also in Singapore

With additional qualifications in healthcare management, project management, and training and assessment, Tim’s experience also includes strategic planning and change management within the Not for Profit (NFP) sector.

Tim also continues to be a registered occupational therapist.

Dena Zarif

Executive Manager Corporate Services

Like all the team at Mosaic, Dena has specialist knowledge and expertise including over 15 years of executive experience managing or consulting in community services with a specialised focus in disability and  employment services, multicultural,  humanitarian and broader disability services.

Qualified with an MBA (UWA), Bachelor of Commerce (Murdoch) and Graduate of the Company Directors (AICD) Dena has wide-ranging leadership experience and has acted as interim CEO for numerous not for profit and disability organisations while assisting with significant transformational programs covering culture, risk, strategy and governance. She has been a Board member and Chair for WA Blue Sky a disability services organisation for over 6 years. In addition she holds Six Sigma accreditation from the Australian Institute of Management.

Up until recently Dena Zarif was the of CEO of ANSON Management Consulting.  Prior to joining Mosaic Dena also held a role at National Disability Services, providing sector support to WA providers.

Emma Stenhouse

Head of Communications & Marketing

As an experienced, commercially astute stakeholder relations, communications, project manager and external/internal affairs professional, Emma has worked in the private, not-for-profit and government sectors over the last 20 years.  Her breadth of experience ranges from fast cars to airports, music to deafness, and most recently Housing and Disability Services.

Emma has a strong strategic vision, combined with a pragmatic hands on approach to ensure that results are delivered.
