Geoff has extensive and varied business experience across a wide range of private, state and local government sector organisations, having worked in senior roles with major national and international organisations including Arthur Andersen, KPMG, Commonwealth Bank, Tungsten Group, Hames Sharley, GHD and Programmed Group.
His corporate and consulting experience has involved him diverse projects across Australia (including regional and remote areas) that have contributed to client organisation’s effectiveness, delivery of strategic objectives and efficient facility and asset management.
Geoff currently has executive director roles with Aqumen Pty Ltd and Minc Services and is a non-executive director of Juniper.
Geoff has a Bachelor of Business degree from Edith Cowan University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course , a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and past National Chair and Life Member of the Facilities Management Association of Australia. Geoff joined the Board in June 2007.
Kevin brings with him over 35 years’ experience in the health care industry with a strong organisational operational experience, given his previous role as Chief Executive Officer of the fourth largest pathology practice in Australia. His experience extends to a Group Executive role with the largest not-for-profit hospital provider in Australia with portfolios that encompassed Information Systems, Procurement, Human Resources and Marketing.
Kevin’s current role with St John of God Health Care as Executive Director Community Services means that he has responsibility for key areas such as Homeless Youth, Perinatal Infant Mental Health, International Health along with Disability Services in Victoria. Kevin is Chair of Ngarluma Tharndu Karrungu Maya Pty Ltd, an indigenous Native Title Trust Company and also a Trustee on St John of God Hauora Trust which is a provider of disability, youth and social services throughout New Zealand. Kevin is married with two children and has been on the Mosaic Board since October 2010.
Chris is a partner in the Construction Practice Group at the national law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
He has previously been Practice Group Leader of the firm’s national Construction Practice Group and before that Partner-in-Charge of the Perth office. He currently sits on the firm’s Board.
Chris has been practicing law for twenty five years, mainly in the area of construction dispute resolution for clients in the resources and energy sectors, both owners and contractors. He has an honours degree in Law and an MBA.
Chris joined the Mosaic Board in October 2011 and is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Centre for Social Impact at UWA’s Business School.
Jodi is a senior business professional currently working with Ramsay Health Care as a member of the Executive Team at Joondalup Health Campus (JHC). She has extensive experience with the development and execution of corporate, product, distribution and marketing strategies and business improvement projects across a range of industries including financial services, telecommunication, health / medical devices, energy and resources, and automotive. Jodi’s current role involves managing all aspects of the contract between JHC and the North Metropolitan Health Service in the provision of care to public patients.
A career in radiography led Jodi to the medical devices industry in Sydney. This experience formed the basis of her passionate interest in business development and growth strategies and has led her to work for a number of iconic branded companies, both nationally and internationally, including Deloitte, RAC, Kodak and Siemens.
Jodi is a strategic thinker that enjoys the challenge of complex problem solving and analysis, and brings a unique approach and expertise. She is a graduate and active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from UWA. Jodi joined the Board in June 2013.
Elizabeth has over twenty years marketing experience in a range of senior roles based in Europe, Australia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Elizabeth has worked in industries as diverse as fast moving consumer goods, energy and land development, across both government and private sectors. She currently manages LandCorp’s corporate and project strategic marketing and communications activities including media, public relations, research, brand management and sponsorship.
Elizabeth holds a Masters in Business Administration and is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK. Elizabeth joined the Board in June 2013.
Virginia is General Manager Corporate Services for the CBH Group and is responsible for the HR, Organisational Development, Safety & Environment and Shared Services portfolios. She brings to the Mosaic Board experience in designing long-term business sustainability in highly complex and competitive industries. This has been achieved through developing business capabilities to adapt to dramatic structural and industry change and aligning the business design to commercial, market and consumer realities.
Virginia was previously Head of the HR and Brand Equity portfolios at Synergy. Prior to that Virginia had HR senior leadership roles in Publishing and Local Government, and internationally with Thomson Legal & Regulatory (Asia Pacific).
Virginia is also Chairman of Emergen Inc, an online interactive community engaging young leaders across Australia; a Non Exec Director of Laska, a NFP bringing together Australian and international artists to explore the relationships between globalisation and local identity. Virginia has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in HR and Industrial Relations and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Virginia joined the Board in June 2013.
Phillip is an experienced finance and investment professional who brings over 25 years commercial experience to the Board. His career has included a variety roles including accounting, commercial banking, financial services training, funds management and company secretarial, with major companies such as Aspen Group, AMP Capital, Challenge Bank and the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Phillip currently works as a consultant to the funds management and finance sector.
Phillip brings valuable skills to the Board in business management, financial analysis, corporate governance, and client services, and has previously held Board roles within the not for profit sector. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment. He holds memberships with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, CPA Australia and Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Dr Rachel Skoss
Dr Rachel Skoss is a passionate advocate for children with additional needs and their families, and is the mother of a child with disability. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia and a doctorate in neuromuscular biomechanics, and works in applied research at the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research. Rachel brings extensive knowledge and experience of family carer issues, research, policy, community and consumer participation in health and medical research, childhood and youth health, population health, developmental health and community health.
Frank J Kellett
Frank has a distinguished career in the Manufacturing, Retail and Health and Community Care services sectors. He has held international appointments as Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director in public and private and not for profit companies in the Australasian region over the past 25 years, including as CEO of disability service providers.
As a CEO in Indonesia, he has successfully completed the development and operational management of a network of private hospitals and ophthalmology day surgeries and diabetes centres throughout Indonesia. He has concluded affiliation contracts with the world renowned Joslin Diabetes Center at the Harvard University Medical School and with the Lions Eye Institute in Perth, Australia’s leading ophthalmology research centre.
Frank has completed consultant assignments in Dubai, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Boston and Jakarta. He was the lead consultant for a UAE Consortium new global business in negotiating the legal and technical issues and purchase price for the IT Intellectual Property developed by the Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians Division of Clinical Informatics, as the core product for this venture.
He has had particular experience in greenfield developments and has successfully applied his marketing know how to building high client traffic volumes against strong competitor activity, a substantial factor in achieving above average performance results in those businesses.
Frank brings his broad local and international experience across multiple business sectors to Mosaic, where his knowledge and experience ensures that client outcomes remain the key focus.
