With over 27 years’ experience in providing services to people with disability, it is our aim to support and empower our staff and the people we support to achieve their goals in life.We are currently seeking a 6 month fixed term Project Quality Officer to assist us with the following:Establish an internal audit program compliant with ISO 9001:2015Transition existing policy and procedures to more simple, easy English format and document new policy and procedures to reflect recent system changesCollaborate with the Learning and Development Project Officer to present policy and procedure training in an online format that is interactive, engaging and time efficientCreate and implement an action plan to deliver enhancements to our Client Survey process in 2020The successful applicant will have;At least 5 years’ experience in comparable rolesISO 9001:2015 training and experience in a human services/community services settingStrong writing skillsAn innovative and proactive mindsetAn ability to work autonomously, whilst collaborating effectively with key stakeholdersAn ability to plan and deliver outcomes in tight time-framesApplications can be made before COB 12th July 2019.
